Shiv Kakkar, from Amritsar, gets an opportunity of working in Budapest as banker and lives with Radha. Shiv is a womanizer. Saira Singh has mysterious nightmares of her drowned. She works as chocolatier. Shiv viisits Saira's shop while on a date, but attracts to Saira.

She rejects at beginning but, eventually sleeps with Shiv, and reveals about his boyfriend, Manav the next day. Shiv interrupts on her date with Manav. This leads to a break up and they both spend time.

They go to club along with Radha, where an eccentric psychic strikes them, and tells about her nightmares that were the events of previous life and they will repeat. Saira reveals that her parents drowned, after car accident, when she was two years old, since then she has a phobia of water.

Shiv has to leave for business trip and they decide that what will be the impact of a week's separartion. Meanwhile, Saira has an attraction towards Zakir Merchant. He takes her in confidence and drugs and kidnaps her.

He makes her remeber his previous life, but not believing this, she tries to escape, but is trapped in an island, where there is nothing other than water.

Saira was warrior princess Saiba, 300 years ago. She had a childhood best friend Kabir, who loved her. And then reveals the series of massacre that happened long ago. Shiv appears, Zakir repeats the events of past, and throws him in water. This time she saves him. 

The humorous ending is that Shiv tells their children to not believe their mother, if she tells the stories of previous life.
