Varun Batra and Deepti Batra are seven years happily married couple, but they can’t able to conceive a baby. So, they went to a reputed fertility specialist and decides to do in vitro fertilization (IVF). Afterward, Varun submits sperm samples to the doctor and do the treatment.

A few days later, they got to know that in the same hospital, another couple also came for the IVF, they also have the same surname Batra (Honey Batra and Monika Batra), and both the couple’s sperm got mixed up.
