Answer-
Each party in an interaction continously sends messages to one another.
This return process is called as feedback.
Feedback tells the source how the receiver has interpreted each mesaage .
The feedback which conveys lack of understanding is known as negative feedback .
Positive feedback on the other hand indicates that the reciever has understood the sources message .
It does not necesarily means that he or she agrees with the source ,just the message was interpreted accurately.
Feedback can also be ambigious ,not clearly positive or negative .
"I see" ,"hmm" are some of the examples of it.
The effective communicator is always sensitive to feedback and constantly modifies his or her messages as a result of feedback received .
