Can you use Flowbite - Tailwind CSS component library and Vue together?

When you install vue js it resets your js i.e app.js. If you had script tag in your project in between elements vue js may conflict with it.
Try to inspect your app and make sure your are not using tailwind css and bootstrap together at all.
