Shruti Prakash is an Indian television actress and singer. She portrayed the parallel lead role in the long-running soap opera Saath Nibhaana Saathiya on Star Plus channel. She is currently a contestant in the popular reality show Bigg Boss which is the Kannada version in 2017.

Career
Prakash has completed a MBA from Jain College of Business Administration in Belgaum, Karnataka. She hails from a family of military background.[5] Prior to entering the acting industry, Prakash worked as a content editor for EduMedia India Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based firm. Later, she took part as a contestant in Closeup WebSinger, where she finished as a semifinalist.[6]
