Anarkali was first called for the 2015 movie Nee-Na directed by Lal Jose to play the title character but unfortunately she had refused the offer as she was concentrating on her 12th grade studies at that time. She then later debuted in the Malayalam film Industry in 2016 with the movie Aanandam. The movie featuring a bunch of youngsters came under the genre romantic comedy and was directed by debutant Ganesh Raj. The movie was funded by Malayalam singer turned actor Vineeth Sreenivasan. Her second movie was alongside actor Prithviraj Sukumaran titled Vimaanam directed by debutante Pradeep Nair. She plays the character Gauri in the movie. The actress was then casted in the lead role for Amala^[5] directed by debutante Safeer Thailan.

She is currently shooting for her upcoming movie with actor Asif Ali titled Mandaram.^[6][7]
