Abhishek Kapoor is a Bollywood film actor, writer and director. He started his career in Bollywood as an actor in the film, Uff! Yeh Mohabbat alongside Twinkle Khanna in 1996. Ten years later, he turned director and made his directorial debut with the Sohail Khan starrer Aryan in 2006.

Abhishek’s latest directorial venture came in 2008 in the form of Rock On!! for which he also wrote the screenplay. The film marked the acting debut of Farhan Akhtar. The movie was very well appreciated at the box office and Abhishek went on to win the Filmfare Award for Best Story for the movie.
